CAPITAL iDEA: Leadership Development Training

Our High Performance Leadership Development Process (HPLD) trains and develops leaders to be master self leadership and effectively lead their teams to get results.

To have ongoing success, strong leadership is required. Yet, businesses today are experiencing a leadership void.  Several factors are contributing to leadership voids:  Growth and expansion, highly experienced leaders leaving the workplace, and a tough economy resulting in the elimination of training and development for up and coming leaders.

As companies grow and expand they promote High Performers into leadership positions.  These High Performers are excellent at the jobs they were doing and produced great results.  However, High Performers that are excellent doers, don’t automatically transition into High Performing Leaders.  They need leadership development training to learn how to get results through people versus generating the results themselves.

Insuring that leaders are properly trained and developed is essential to achieving the goals and objectives of the company.  It is equally important to have team members working together as one.  Having team members “doing their own thing” and not aligned with company strategies and objectives is a formula for disaster.
